The project also included practices using PCTI's Intellisense software that utilises advanced OCR to provide intelligent patient matching, filing and coding saving valuable time whilst ensuring the highest data quality.
A number of the practices will shortly be rolling out iWorkflow, PCTI's very latest offering in next-generation electronic document workflow. The software incorporates intelligent routing based on assigned actions, streamlining the creation and processing of workflows.
PCTI worked very closely with both the Trust and practices, providing valuable project management, implementation, training and support services to ensure the project was delivered on time and on budget.
