In a joint event held by Fujitsu Europe and headway at the Savoy hotel in London, PCTI were recognised for their achievements in the NHS desktop scanning market. The award was presented by the head of Fujitsu Europe at the gala dinner event.
PCTI have been instrumental in the implementation of document management systems to UK NHS and have worked closely with Fujitsu Japan in relation of scanning technologies and the design of Fujitsu's new "network scanning box". The scanning box enables scanners to be connected over a wide or local area network and incorporates biometric technology for user identification and security. This technology was designed to meet the requirements of "CfH" and will be incorporated into PCTI's enterprise solutions.
