The Docman EDT module allows electronic documents to be captured directly into Docman.

PCTI have been helping NHS Trusts send electronic communications from secondary care organisation direct to general practice for several years. Docman EDT is a plugin module that automatically captures documents from a variety of electronic sources (web service, nhs mail email, dts), extracts any meta data (patient and document information) and transfers them into Batch Manager for fast filing and workflow routing.

Docman EDT is typically used to capture:

  • Electronic Discharge Summaries
  • Out of Hours Incident Reports (fully compatible with Adastra)
  • Radialogy Reports (eg Carestream RIS)
