Using the new "Manage Support Calls" option, users are able to log support calls directly into PCTI's support management system. Logged calls are instantly available for PCTI support technicians to deal with without the need to locate your site details and manually log your call.
Whenever the call status or summary is updated, you are able to see the changes is real time as well as provide call feedback should further information become available.
The 71225 patch is currently in beta and is expected to be on general release prior to the end of June 08.
