Whilst the new layout is quite different to previous versions, the familiar layout means that existing users will have no problem navigating functions.
Customers supported by PCTI (non Scottish and INPS users) will see a new option called "Manage Support Calls", this feature enables instant logging of issues directly to the PCTI support management system. Users can see the call summary as it is updated by PCTI and provide additional feedback all without picking up the telephone.
