Gloria Rollin joins the team as Sales Administrator and Sean Foster as an Account Executive, reinforcing PCTIs commitment to provide the highest level of service for new and existing customers.
Gloria has worked extensively in the customer service and sales sectors and is the company's initial point of contact for both new and existing customer sales enquiries. With her diverse range of experience Gloria has quickly become a key member of the Team and an invaluable point of contact for practices and Trusts.
Sean, whom many of you already know, spent the last 8 years honing his skills within the installation & training department and has now made the move across to the Sales Team as Account Executive.
Sean has been a key member of the PCTI team since 2001. With a wealth of experience in implementing and training our solutions for individual practices through to PCT regional roll-outs throughout the UK, Sean's expertise will now aid potential customers at all levels in analyzing the products that form PCTI's portfolio and how they provide real clinical and operational benefits for practices.
