Ric brings over 10 years of experience in running software businesses. His most recent role was as Managing Director of Serco Learning, the market leading provider of educational technology solutions and a division of Serco Group PLC. Ric will play a key role in ensuring that PCTI continue to drive customer-focused strategies and new product development activities.
